  • Initially, we have held multiple meetings with the client to comprehend their challenge and notably their objective. We have developed a comprehensive and facilitating 'Gateway App' and a 'Portal' that embraces all the peculiar features like the facility to archive landowner information and respective documentation to reduce the turnaround time.
  • Since the developed portal also functions offline, it gets elementary for field workers in remote areas to upload the documents even in the absence of internet connectivity.
  • While offline, all the uploaded data will be stored in the local database of the application and later get pushed into the backend automatically when the device traces internet connectivity by the help of manual sync feature.
  • Using this portal, the client's team is now able to verify the documents and initiate payment and take relevant decisions to close the journey on time. Along with a centralised database, We have also developed a web-based portal to allow the client to keep up with the data collected by the mobile application.


For the construction of a transmission tower, our client used to create a repository of all landowners. To do this, our client followed a survey process to collect documents from them.

Later they review all the documents before sending them to the finance department. Well, to undergo a 5-phase long review process, it is taking 40 to 50 days of turnaround time for the client. Hence, the client is looking for a solution to compress the turnaround time to 20-25 days.



The major benefit of the mobile application was it shortened the overall turnover time to 20-25 days. Further, the app made it easier to know the detailed work status of a particular plot in a single tap along with the document status and payment status.
